So, who am I and why am I here? I’ve been personal journal blogging over here —> Raspberry Sherbet <— for about a year after several failed attempts at other personal blogs. I decided though that I want something more focused and geared directly towards ANYTHING that I find inspiring towards my creative self. I’m fairly artsy minded and so I try to paint, draw, make stuff, write, etc. as often as I can (which hasn’t been often enough late). Ink and Coffee will be my ongoing memo pad for little bits of inspiration that I find along with some sketched out poem and story ideas and maybe even pictures of my art work. Anything that I feel is lifting and filling me up at any given moment.
More concretely, I’m a 27 year old female living in the San Francisco Bay Area. I work hard, I play hard, I dream harder. Hopefully going to graduate school in the fall for a Master’s in Counseling Psychology (either with an emphasis in Expressive Arts or maybe Holistic Counseling Psych).
I absolutely believe in the positive and cathartic benefit of all art forms (visual, performance, written and so on). So this will be my sanctuary. My little piece of bliss.
